Initial Session
You’ve completed your initial session and are already loving the changes you have seen. Now, let’s keep the momentum going with 30-minute follow-up sessions tailored to your needs. I recommend starting with weekly sessions to build a strong foundation, and then shifting to bi-monthly or monthly once you’re in the groove.
Follow-Up Sessions
